ReplyDeleteI think a little of both. To be a good leader you definitely need to be an example for others to follow. However, he also leads from a captain's point of view because he is a veteran in the NBA and he shows newcomers the ropes.

ReplyDeleteKobe is an unbelievable athlete & Leader, you notice that when kobe is not playing the lakers have a hard time finding a win, Kobe leads by example he plays hard and he wants to win, he plays with heart and that is a leader and other players look up to those qualities
